In Timewise, you can create the following types of packages:

• Bundle packages
• Credit packages.

The following table lists the actions that each predefined role can perform:

Bundle Packages

You can use packages to bundle multiple services into a single package and discount the total price. For example, you can create a package that includes a body scrub and an aromatherapy massage.

A bundle package is defined by the following attributes:

• Locations: Use the toggles under Locations to specify the locations where your new bundle package is enabled and can be booked.

• Name: Enter a descriptive name for your new bundle package.

• Display Name: Enter the name that your customer will see in the booking application.

• Description: Enter a brief description of your new bundle package. The system displays this description on the Buy a Package page of the booking application.

• Type: From the dropdown, choose Bundle.

• Price: Specify the price of your bundle package.

• Sell Online: Turn on this toggle to allow your customers to book this bundle package from the booking website.

• Mark as Recommended: Use this toggle to display this bundle package in the Recommended section of the booking website.

  
  

• Assigned to Services: specify the services you want to add to this bundle package.

Credit Packages

Credit packages are allotments of purchased credits that your customers use to book services or classes.

A credit package is defined by the following attributes:

• Locations: Use the toggles under Locations to specify the locations where your new credit package is enabled.

• Name: Enter a descriptive name for your new credit package.

• Description: Enter a brief description of your new credit package.

• Type: From the dropdown, choose Credit Package.

• Price: Specify the price of your bundle package.

• Total Credits: Enter the total credits in this package.

  
  

• Sell Online: Turn on this toggle to allow your customers to book this bundle package from the booking website.

• Expiration: Specify when your credit package will expire.

• Credit Allowances: Indicate how customers will use the credits. For each service or class, the following options are allowed: no limit (customers can use all the credits available), reserved (customers must use a set amount of credits) and maximum (customers can use a maximum number of credits).
