When you create a new location, the business hours are set from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, Timewise allows you to customize this default schedule.
The following table lists the actions that each predefined role can perform:
Owner | Admin | Location Manager | Staff | |
---|---|---|---|---|

Specify the days of the week that your team works | X | X | X | |
Customise the default schedule | ||||

For details about how to perform some of the operations that are common to most sections, see the How to Use the Settings Section page. The rest of this section provides details about the actions that are unique to this section.
Specify the Days of the Week That Your Team Works
When you designate a day of the week as a day off, customers will not be allowed to book appointments or schedule classes on that day. In the Workweek section, use the toggles at the left to specify whether a day is a workday or a day off.
Customize the Default Schedule
If your regular working schedule doesn't map to the default schedule, you can change the working times so that appointments and classes are booked appropriately. In the Workweek section, adjust the start time and end time for any day of the week.
Manage Holidays
With Timewise, you can specify the dates when your business will be closed for holidays and other occasions. Note that Timewise comes with a set of predefined holidays, but you can also create, update, and remove your own holidays. If you are a location manager, you cannot remove or edit a holiday added by an admin.
