This section shows how you can refund a transaction.

Procedure

  1. On the home page, choose the location where you want to refund a transaction.
    If you don't see your location in the top bar, open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon located at the top-left corner of the screen, and then choose the location from the list.
  2. Open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon. Then, select Transactions.
  3. Find the transaction that you want to refund and select it.
  4. Select the Issue Refund button.
  5. On the Issue Refund modal, select the Refund button. Then, choose one or more payment methods.
  6. Enter a reason
  7. When you've finished, select the Refund button.
