This section shows how you can refund a transaction.
Procedure
- On the home page, choose the location where you want to refund a transaction.
If you don't see your location in the top bar, open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon located at the top-left corner of the screen, and then choose the location from the list. - Open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon. Then, select Transactions.
- Find the transaction that you want to refund and select it.
- Select the Issue Refund button.
- On the Issue Refund modal, select the Refund button. Then, choose one or more payment methods.
- Enter a reason
- When you've finished, select the Refund button.
