Follow the steps in this guide to suspend a membership.

Procedure

1. With the right pane open, select Memberships.
2. Find the membership that you want to suspend and select the Suspend button.
3. (Optional) You can charge a suspension fee by selecting Yes from the Charge a Suspension Fee dropdown and entering a fee.
4. Specify a reason.
5. When you've finished, select the Suspend Membership button.
