There are several reasons for updating an existing class, including:
- Modifying the status of the class
- Changing the room
- Rescheduling the class
- Choosing a different staff member
- Modifying the maximum number of attendees
Before You Begin
A class must already be scheduled. For details about how you can schedule a class, see the Schedule a Class page.
Procedure
- On the home page, choose the location where your class is scheduled from the top bar.
If you don't see your location in the top bar, open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon located at the top-left corner of the screen, and then choose the location from the list. - Open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon. Then, select Classes
- Select the class that you want to update.
Update the Status of a Class
To update the status of your class, choose the new status from the Status drop-down list. The following options are available:
- Scheduled
- In progress
- Canceled
- Completed
Update the Details of a Class
- Select the pencil icon at the top right corner.
- Update the details of your class. When you've finished, select the Apply Changes button.
