Follow the steps in this guide to cancel a membership. Note that, a canceled membership cannot be resumed later.

Procedure

1. With the right pane open, select Memberships.
2. Find the membership that you want to cancel and select the Cancel button.
3. On the Cancel Membership modal, enter the following information:
   - When: Specify whether you wish to cancel this subscription immediately or at a specific date.
   - Benefits Expiration: Use this dropdown to specify when the benefits will expire.
   - Cancellation Reason: Enter a reason for canceling this membership.
4. When you've finished, select the Cancel Membership button.
