Once you've added a customer to the waiting list, the system will allow you to book an appointment when it finds a suitable time slot.


Before You Begin

  • A customer must already be added to the waiting list
  • A suitable time slot must be available


Procedure

  1. On the home page, choose the location where you want to schedule an appointment.
  2. If you don't see your location in the top bar, open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon located at the top-left corner of the screen, and then choose the location from the list.
  3. Open the sidebar by selecting the four dots icon. Then, select Appointments.
  4. Select the waiting list icon located at the left of the Create New button.
  5. Find the appointment that you want to book, making sure that the Book button is green. If the Book button is red, it means that the system didn't find a suitable time slot.
  6. Select the Book button.
