The Onlne Booking page is where you enable or disable online booking and specify if customers are allowed to select staff.

Specify if Customers Are Allowed to Select Staff
When you remove the ability of customers to choose specific staff members when booking, Timewise automatically assigns an available staff member at random to the booking, based on staff availability. Use the toggle under Preferences to specify if customers are allowed to select staff.
