A policy informs your customers about how to get a refund for the products or services they already bought.

A policy is specified by the following attributes:

  • Locations: Specify the locations where your policy is enabled and can be used.
  • Terms and Conditions: Use the WYSIWYG editor to enter your terms and conditions. The system will display the text you enter here every time a customer wishes to get a refund.
