In Timewise, the rewards feature allows you to set up a loyalty program that rewards your customers with loyalty points they can redeem. You can customize the number of points customers earn for each action or purchase and specify different values for members and non-members. For example, members can earn 100 points for booking an appointment online, and non-members can earn 20 points.

On this page, you can configure the following attributes:

  • Points Value: Use this field to specify the value of a reward point.
  • Minimum Points: Enter the minimum number of points a customer can redeem once.
  • Expiration: Specify whether rewards will expire or not. When rewards expire, you must choose an expiration period.
  • Require Customers to Pay in Full Using Points Only: Use this toggle to specify whether customers are allowed to pay in full using points only.
  • Reward Points to Non-Members: Use this toggle to specify whether the system should reward points to non-members.
  • Points for Actions: Enter the number of points customers earn for each action or purchase. You can specify different values for members and non-members.
