A waiver is a mechanism through which customers agree to your policies. For details about how to assign a waiver to a service or class, see the pages listed below:

A waiver is specified by the following attributes:

  • Locations: Specify the locations where your waiver service is enabled.
  • Name: Represents the name of your waiver.
  • Terms and Conditions: Use the WYSIWYG editor to enter your terms and conditions. The system will display the text you enter here every time a customer books a service or class to which this waiver is assigned.

Create a waiver

All the new waivers are visible in all your locations. When you create a waiver as an owner or admin, that waiver will only be enabled in the locations you specify in the Locations section. When you create a waiver as a location manager, that new waiver will only be enabled in the current location.
